Public comments

Comments from the public are welcome during the “public comments” portion of the meeting. You can submit written comments or sign up to speak.

Participants who do not sign up in advance may still provide verbal comments during the Zoom meeting by using the "Raise Hand" feature. The meeting facilitator will recognize speakers in the order hands are raised and will unmute participants when it is their turn to speak. Speakers will be asked to state their name before providing comments.

Meeting attendees are encouraged to join a few minutes early to ensure they can access the meeting and participate in the public comment process.

About the Committee

The Policy & Budget Committee is composed of elected officials and executive leadership from each partner jurisdiction, plus the chair of the Community Advisory Committee. Meetings take place quarterly or as needed.
