Service change effective November 29, 2009
To help cover a $3.5 million budget shortfall, with the least impact to service, TriMet will implement a small reduction in frequency on several bus lines beginning Sunday, November 29, 2009.
Line 44 weekday service will run every 20 minutes, instead of every 17 minutes, midday from about 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. During these times service between Portland City Center and Pier Park service will run every 40 minutes, instead of every 36 minutes. Weekend schedules will not change.
