TriMet Ticket Office

at Pioneer Courthouse Square

Located in the heart of downtown Portland at Pioneer Courthouse Square, the TriMet Ticket Office provides a variety of services for riders. Inside, you can:

• talk to a TriMet representative
• buy tickets and passes (including Single Tickets, 10-Ticket Books, 7-Day Passes, 14-Day Passes, 1-Month Passes, Half-Month Passes, All-Day Tickets, C-TRAN Express Passes, and Portland Streetcar Annual Passes)
• get schedules for buses, MAX and Portland Streetcar
• get help planning your trip on TriMet
• get a System Map or other TriMet brochure
• learn about TriMet's accessible services
• buy TriMet collectible posters
• get visitor information

Hours

The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We're closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

The Pioneer Courthouse Square lobby is open Saturdays 10 a.m.-4 p.m. You can pick up schedules and maps or buy most tickets and passes from the self-service ticket machine.

Location

• The Ticket Office is part of the Portland Oregon Information Center at Pioneer Courthouse Square, 701 SW 6th Ave., Portland OR 97204. Plan a trip to the TriMet Ticket Office
• The office is located on the west side of the Square below the waterfall. Look for the blue "Visitor Information" signs.
• Pioneer Courthouse Square is just steps from the Pioneer Square MAX Station and the Portland Mall (transit mall).
