Washington Park Shuttle starts 9th year
Memorial Day weekend kicks off busy summer season
The Washington Park Shuttle begins its summer service on Saturday, May 26, just in time to visit one of Oregon's most popular attractions during the busy Memorial Day weekend.
Catching the shuttle is easy. Just ride TriMet's MAX Blue or Red Line to Washington Park Station and take the elevator to ground level. The daily shuttle, which is entering its 9th season of service, runs at least every 15 minutes between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., with stops at these popular Washington Park destinations:
- Oregon Zoo
- Children’s Museum 2nd Generation
- International Rose Test Garden
- Japanese Garden
- Hoyt Arboretum
- World Forestry Center Discovery Museum
- Vietnam Veterans Memorial
- Rose Garden Children’s Play Park
- Hiking trails
The shuttle runs daily through Labor Day, and then weekends-only through the remainder of September.
Regular TriMet transfers and fares apply.
