Performance Dashboard now online

As one of his top priorities announced on his first day as TriMet's general manager, Neil McFarlane called for the development of a dashboard to track key indicators and make that information available to the public. The new dashboard is posted at trimet.org/dashboard and includes a snapshot of ridership, cost per ride, on-time performance and revenues. It will help the agency identify trends and measure efficiency and effectiveness. The dashboard is expected to expand to report other key performance measures.
