Plan your trip—new Regional Trip Planner launches this weekend

In addition to TriMet's online trip planner, the agency will launch the new Portland Regional Trip Planner on Saturday. It's the first open-source, multi-modal trip planner produced by a U.S. transit system. It combines transit, biking and walking in a single itinerary, and saves significant travel time over single-mode trip planners. It even accommodates bike preferences such as elevation changes. The beta trip planner goes live at 9 a.m. on Saturday.
