TransitTracker for Wireless Web Devices
TransitTracker™ bus and MAX arrivals can be accessed with a web-enabled cell phone or handheld/PDA.
Using a web-enabled cell phone: wap.trimet.org
Open
your phone's web browser and open the site wap.trimet.org by
selecting "Go to Site" or similar function. Be sure to enter
the complete wap.trimet.org address (trimet.org will
not work). - The TransitTracker welcome screen will appear. You can enter a bus line number, enter a Stop ID number or select a MAX line. If you would prefer to select from a list of all TriMet bus and MAX lines, scroll down and select the "Help" option.
- Select the direction you are headed (e.g., "to Portland," "to Parkrose/Sumner TC," etc.).
- Select the stop or station you want.
- Arrival times for your stop will appear. At the top, you'll see a Stop ID number, which you can use next time to bypass the menus and go directly to arrivals for that stop. Please note: Unlike TransitTracker on your PC, the page will not automatically refresh itself; you'll need to follow the "Refresh" link to update the countdown.
- We suggest you add wap.trimet.org to your Bookmarks list for easy access next time you visit.
