FY28–29 STIF Population Grant Application
The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet)’s Accessible Transportation Funding Advisory Committee (ATFAC) is accepting applications for FY28 and FY29 State of Oregon Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) Population funding through September 30th, 2026.
New applicants please submit applications by 5 p.m. on September 23rd, 2026.
Existing applicants please submit applications by 5 p.m. on October 6th, 2026.
About STIF population funds
STIF population funds must be used to provide or improve transportation and mobility services to people age 65 and over and people with disabilities. STIF population funds do not require a grant matching amount to be received.
Projects receiving STIF population funding should utilize funding to benefit people over the age of 65 and people with disabilities at a rate comparable to which these communities are utilizing the project/service.
