44-Capitol Hwy/Mocks Crest connects PCC Sylvania, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, the Rose Quarter, PCC Cascade and St. Johns, via Capitol Highway, Barbur, 5th/6th, Williams/Vancouver, Rosa Parks Way, Willamette and Lombard.
Line 44 Schedules
Effective Aug. 23, 2026 Beginning Sunday, August 23, Line 16 will be shortened to run only between NW 44th/Yeon Avenues and Downtown Portland. Line 15 will replace Line 16 service between Sauvie Island, St. Johns and NW 44th/Yeon only during weekday commute times.
