44-Capitol Hwy/N Rosa Parks connects PCC Sylvania, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, Rose Quarter, PCC Cascade, University of Portland and St. Johns via Capitol Highway, Barbur, 5th/6th, Williams/Vancouver, Rosa Parks Way and Willamette.
Line 44 Schedules
Effective Sep. 21, 2026 On Monday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 22, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. only, no service to the stops in either direction on N Willamette Blvd/N Rosa Parks Way between Portsmouth Ave and Greeley Ave due to construction. Detoured buses will service Line 35 stops on Greeley and Portsmouth and Line 75 stops on N Lombard.
