4-Division/Fessenden connects Gresham, SE Portland, Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, the Rose Quarter, NE Portland and St. Johns, via Division, 5th/6th, Everett/Glisan, Williams/Vancouver, Mississippi, Albina, Lombard, Fessenden and St. Louis. During the weekday morning and afternoon rush hours, buses run about every 15 minutes.
