10-Steele connects Mt Scott, Woodstock, SE Portland, and Portland City Center, via Mt Scott Blvd, Flavel, Duke, 52nd, Steele, 28th, 26th, Division, 7th and Madison/Main.

Service alerts in effect:
Beginning Wednesday, September 16, through Friday, September 25, no service to the stops in both directions at SE 26th & Rhone (Stop IDs 7230 & 7231) and southbound at SE 26th & Gladstone (Stop ID 7224) on weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. due to construction.
Beginning Thursday, September 17, through Friday, September 25, for trips to Mt. Scott & 112th, no service to stops on SE 26th from Division (Stop ID 14196) to Powell (Stop ID 7228). And for trips to Portland City Center, no service to stops on SE 26th from Rhone (Stop ID 7231) to Division (Stop ID 14197) on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. due to utility work. To Portland City Center, board using the temp stop on SE 21st just north of Line 70 stop at SE 21st & Powell.
On Wednesday, September 23, no service to the westbound stop at 5400 Block SE Duke (Stop ID 14670) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. due to utility work.
