15-Belmont/NW 23rd connects Gateway, SE Portland, Portland City Center and Nob Hill, via 102nd, Stark/Washington, Belmont/Morrison, Washington/Alder, Burnside and NW 23rd. The route continues to connect Nob Hill to Montgomery Park, the NW Industrial Neighborhood, St Johns, and Sauvie Island, via Vaughn, 29th, Guam, 35th, 44th & Yeon, St Helens Road and Lombard/Ivanhoe.
This bus line runs every 15 minutes or less most of the day, every day.

From Thursday, September 3 through Friday, September 11, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. only, no service in either direction at SE Belmont & 62nd (Stop ID 453, 454) due to utility work. No temp stops. These stops will be open on Labor Day, Monday, September 7.
From Monday, September 7 through Friday, September 11, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. only, no service to the westbound stop at SW Washington & 9th (Stop ID 6169) due to utility work. No temp stop.
