45-Garden Home runs weekdays between Tigard, Washington Square, SW Portland and Portland City Center, along Walnut, 121st, Scholls Ferry Road, Garden Home, Capitol Highway, Barbur, Naito and Jefferson/Columbia. On weekends Line 45 runs only between Tigard and Multnomah Village (Southwest Capitol Highway at Southwest 35th Avenue).

Service alert in effect:
Beginning Saturday, August 15, from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., for trips to Portland City Center, no service from SW Garden Home & 40th and SW Garden Home & Capitol Hwy due to Multnomah Days.
Effective Aug. 23, 2026 Beginning Sunday, August 23, Line 45 will change to serve between Washington Square Transit Center and Barbur Transit Center, serving SW Capitol Highway, Terwilliger Boulevard, SW Boones Ferry Road, SW Stephenson Street and SW 35th Avenue, and will no longer serve to Tigard Transit Center or Downtown Portland.
